  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Non-returnable items:
  • Panties, briefs, shapewear, and intimate bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Products without original tags or packaging

2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • If the product does not meet return conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exchange Policy
