1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Returned within 3 days of delivery
- Non-returnable items:
- Panties, briefs, shapewear, and intimate bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
- Products without original tags or packaging
2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy

- If the product does not meet return conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.
